Our customer toilet facilities located in the Food Court and Central Market are open as usual including the disabled toilets. 

To help us maintain social distancing, we will have a queuing system in place.

Kiddy Cars

Our Kiddy Cars are now availabe. 

For registration, please provide a valid photo ID and proof of address within the last 3 months. Please note we only need to review the documents, we won't take a copy of these or yuor child's details. Your child must be over 12 months of age and not taller than 105cm.

Car Parking

The Royal Victoria Place car park (between Fenwick and WHSmith) is operating as usual, 7am-11pm every day. Click here for more information and parking fees

The car park management team from the Tunbridge Wells Borough Council may put some additional measures in place to support social distancing so please allow time for this.

Please note, the Meadow Road car park remains closed until further notice.

 

Parent & Baby Room

Our Parent and Baby room will remain open. There will be a queuing system in place and the room will be cleaned after each use.

Lost Property

If you have lost or found an item whilst shopping in the centre please contact one of our friendly Customer Service Team who will be happy to assist you. Customer Service is located on level 1 between Next and M&S and open with the centre opening times. If you have lost an item and need to contact us outside of these hours, please call us on 01892 514141.

Gift Card

The Royal Victoria Place Gift Card makes the perfect gift for all occasions. Available to buy in our customer services on level 1 or online

First Aid

If you require first aid whilst shopping at the centre, please go to Customer Service on level 1 or speak with a member of Security or Housekeeping team on the mall who will be happy to help.

Click & Collect

Many of our stores operate their own click and collect service. See individual retailer for full details.

Car Wash

A Car Wash and valeting service is available on level 3 of the Royal Victoria Place Car Park.

Our friendly and helpful Customer Service team are here to make your shopping experience at Royal Victoria Place a real pleasure. The Customer Service team can help you locate your favourite stores and also offer a range of useful services. Customer Service is located on level 1 between Next and M&S.

ATMs

A cash machine is located on Calverley Row, level 1 and also inside Fenwick, M&S and Wilko.

Playworld

Our indoor children’s play facility is closed until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding and patience at this time.

Parent & Child Parking

Extra-wide parking bays make shopping easier for those with children and are located on level 4 and 6 of the Royal Victoria Place Car Park with direct access to the malls.

Family Friendly Dining

A number of our cafes and restaurants offer family-friendly facilities to include, children’s menus, high chairs and parent changing facilities. Please check with individual retailers for further details.

Child Safe Shopping

Royal Victoria Place is proud to be a Child Safe Zone. Free wristbands for your children are available from our customer services on level 1.

Hearing Loop

An induction loop is provided at our customer services on level 1 for the benefit of hearing aid users.

Accessible Parking

Accessible parking bays are located on levels 4 and 6 of the Royal Victoria Place Car Park. Blue badge holders park for free with no time limitations, a blue badge must be clearly displayed.

FREE WIFI

Whenever you visit to Royal Victoria Place, you can now surf the internet for free. Simply log on to our free WIFI service from your laptop, tablet or phone and follow the on-screen instructions. If you need a hand logging on visit the Customer Service team on level 1 and they will be happy to assist.
