Royal Victoria Place (RVP) is located at the heart of the historic spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells in Kent. RVP boasts a great selection of shops and is home to some of the town’s biggest brands including department store Fenwick, plus an enviable line up of shops including M&S, Next, HMV, Oliver Bonas, Hobbs, Hotel Chocolat, Lush, Superdry, French Connection, L’Occitane, Pandora and many more.

In November 2019 renovation works began at RVP following an £11 million investment by its owners, British Land. The works, which completed in September 2020 have enhanced the public spaces for visitors, creating a high-quality shopping environment for local shoppers.

RVP is open 7 days a week until 6pm Monday to Saturday and 10.30am to 4.30pm Sundays. RVP has over 1,750 car parking spaces.
